I visited my Grandfather here while he was doing rehab so this review is only for the rehab portion of the facility. I only visited him twice for 2 hours each, but so far my impressions are very positive. Although pricey, you get what you pay for, and the physical facility certainly reflect the price tag. The property is located in the beautiful Marina District in San Francisco. Once you check-in at the kiosk in the lobby, the property is laid out like an elegant hotel. A huge restaurant style dining room is available for meals, and while we didnt eat there, service looked to be first class. There were many sitting areas with books and puzzles and coffee/tea/water available in the lobby. Grandfathers care team was very compassionate - you could tell they truly cared about the residents. His room looked like a more comfortable hospital room, but is was only his rehab room until he was well enough to move to his resident room. He commented that the food they served him was delicious. So far so good with facility and hopefully as he continues to get better, his stay there will remain the highest quality.
