I love this place. I only come here on rare occasions to sit. But I have observed how their recidents are cared for. Especially now with the pandemic situation they have been creative and still have a lot of activities. They want their recidents to be active and involved. I just love this place.

Casa Aldea has been my wife's home for about a year and a half. We've tested every facet of the facility, staff, food services, activities, health monitoring, transportation, communication and I will say that we are entirely satisfied. This is the first 'group living' environment for her, and the change from a lifetime of family home living is immense. The personnel were understanding, compassionate, and provided every conceivable aid to make this difficult transition possible. I could not give Casa Aldea higher marks. The manager, Rob Johnston, is fantastic, and it's easy to tell that the staff respects him and enjoys working there.

Northstar company, please protect your employees from the New MD evil plans. Her name is EVE and her goal is to fire every person who was hired since the place opened, especially Mexicans and black people. She is the worst racist . Her and the Human Resources, Melody, threaten staff of firing them once they disagree with both of them. Shame on you Northstar for letting such racist people leading your facility. Their management is driven by dictatorship. The MD is hiring her own people and firing current ones without any notice or warning!!! What kind of management is that? She says that 'Mexicans are not allowed to speak Spanish anywhere around the facility!!'
