When I think of Avalon Health Care of San Andreas... I think of compassion , love, and determination. We as a team provide the highest level of care each and everyday to our patients, residents, and even loved ones. I speak of this, because I myself have my grandmother in our facility. Great environment, open with loving arms. The staff treats the residents with respect, dignity, and empathy.

Bad food and bad stuff as in the cna's and some of the RNC's as well the food is cold or not what's on the menu their not setup for any one that has diabetes, they let the people that stay their Rome freely and they go in to other people rooms and at night it sounds like a insane asylum and cant sleep if u need this place go to the one in Sonora ita was better then this one
