My mother has been a resident of Twin Rivers at Natomas Assisted Living for 5 years, the last 3 years under the current ownership. I really appreciate what they do for my mom. She is in great hands. They take care of her day to day needs freeing me up to spend quality time with her, take her to medical appointments and to her religious services. Management and staff are attentive, they show a caring demeanor with mom and are always open to changes and improvements in the way my mom needs care. Placing mom in a facility was one of the toughest decisions we had to make. She was not really happy about the prospect of living with people she didn't know. But living at home wasn't working well for her health. It took some time for her to feel comfortable but now it's home and the quality of her life has improved immensely with the 24/7 care she receives. Five years later I can say with certainty it was the best thing for her.

Our mother says her favorite things about living at Twin Rivers are that the food is good, she has the best roommate, the atmosphere is happy, clean, the staff are very nice and caring, and she loves playing BINGO. The owner has been very responsive to all of our concerns and requests over the years, and shows genuine care of our mother.
