My grandparents reside at Regency Place. We have had bad experience with this facility. First off, cleanliness. Every time I visit the bathroom in my grandparents room smells of urine and is not cleaned properly, my mother has started cleaning it herself after several complaints. Also, there is an Indian lady that works as a server during meals. She is very rude, throwing dishes on the table and not addressing residents or visitors. I feel that anyone working there knows what type of work they will be doing do if they are not happy or can't be polite then they shouldn't be there. My mother is considering moving my grandparents because the service just keeps getting worse. The people get paid alot of money and we should have no complaints. Good luck to anyone that is considering moving their loved ones there.

Please ignore my recent post. I can only speak for myself & in order to do that, I must know all the facts, as if I witnessed situations myself, not from what others tell me.
