Somerford truly deserves my 5 star. They actually follow through with everything they say they will do. Complete professional care and staff. They keep in touch with me through this covid-19 disaster with updated procedures and testing. Today Jane sent me photos of my brother enjoying a fishing party for Father's Day. Im very happy!

I moved my Dad to Somerford Place 5 months ago and my life changed. More importantly, his did too. If I had all the time in the world (I don't), I could not come close to giving him the life he deserves and the life he now has at Somerford Place. He was declining before, and now he is thriving. The care and kindness he receives is a gift. I will always be grateful to Barb, Jane, and Deborah for their support and guidance, and to everyone who makes my Dad's world a better place. I searched many places and from my first contact everything about this place, the people and the facility, felt amazing. I felt a lot of fear about placing my mom anywhere. The staff created an awesome atmosphere where I was supported and both my mom and I felt safe and secure in the transition of her care. Over the time she has lived here, she has become much more peaceful and happy. I am so grateful to all the staff for their love and care for all the patients. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to place their loved ones in a qualified location.

I am an RN who come to see some patients at Somerford 2x a week. I have seen the staff's 5 star caring they render to their residents. The Patient Care Director's leadership is exemplary, other facilities should emulate her kind of leadership.The patient's rooms are huge and pristine which reflects a homey atmosphere. This is an excellent place if you are looking for a memory loss and dementia care, they specialize in it.
