My mother needed to move from a senior apartment to an assisted living situation as her health declined. We moved her three times between October 2017 and February 2018. The moves were precipitated by insufficient care at a very nice-looking home in Rocklin and another one going out of business. We selected Agape Villa after visiting several other homes in the Roseville/Granite Bay area. None were as nice and bright as Agape Villa. The home is beautiful, the rooms are large and most importantly, the staff is caring and involved with the residents. My mother was very happy living there and developed good relationships with the caregivers and lived there until she passed away. The management is responsive to the needs of the residents and easy to communicate with. The home is easy to access and is secure. If you are considering a board and care situation for a loved one, I strongly recommend Agape Villa.

My father's journey through Parkinson's had reached a point where large care-giving location amenities where no longer of value (shuttle to stores, regularly scheduled card games, private/lonely apartment.) We were fortunate to find Agape Villa. The personal setting with friendly interaction in an attentive environment were what my father needed. Each care giver brought their own personality while sharing common traits of being gentle, attentive, caring and respectful. We appreciated their sunny nature displayed whenever appropriate. When comparing options in home settings, check staffing levels. Agape Villa has two care-givers always on site during the day, a dedicated awake night time care-giver, and other personnel who came to check on us from time to time as needed. Some other home setting companies skimp on staffing.
