So much money for so little. My dad never got bathed, his bed was filthy when we moved him, someone stole almost $400 of his clothes. $9000 per month really? This is a crime for the elderly

I went in on two separate occasions and I was dissatisfied both times. The sales director actually said to me that she needed to know if doing an assessment of my parent was worth their time. Quite possibly the most insensitive comment Ive encountered during this journey. This place is literally 5 min from my home and wouldve been perfect location wise but I will never consider them. Ended up selecting a much more compassionate location further away and i have not been disappointed. More importantly, my parent is happy.
