My mother in law moved here 3 years ago. We all love the community and the staff. We are so impressed with the management and staff for their caring and thorough approach to keeping the residents and staff safe during COVID, and for sharing frequent updates and news. They arrange Zoom calls, and make every effort to keep the residents connected with their families and friends.

I have worked here for almost 4 years the management is awful. They dont listen to any complaints no matter if they are coming from a resident or an employee. I have heard residents complain almost every day about things that management can do something about but decide not to take any action or even acknowledge their complaint and its mostly the managers that are at fault
