As the Administrator of Sierra Oaks, I am reviewing the posts why these date back a multiple of years, with regret I do not have the ability to communicate with the individuals who posted: though I can emphatically promise that my management style is an open door policy and I address all issues and concerns. My philosophy is I cannot address what I do not know. I welcome all current and potential residents and families to please not hesitate to reach out on any matter.
