As the Administrator of Oakdale Heights, I am reviewing the posts why these date back a multiple of years, with regret I do not have the ability to communicate with the individuals who posted: though I can emphatically promise that my management style is an open door policy and I address all issues and concerns. My philosophy is I cannot address what I do not know. I welcome all current and potential residents and families to please not hesitate to reach out on any matter. I was bullied, ambushed, lied to, slandered, libeled, by Kris Boban. She had my Mom, Patsy Jones, moved on February 1, 2017 with absolutely no notice to me and refused to devulge her whereabouts. I was with my Mom the evening prior, January 31, 2017 and asked several staff members if my Mom was moving as one of them had 'accidentally mentioned it.' They ALL DENIED IT. She dismissed my Mom as delusional regarding factual incidents that myself and others have evidence of being TRUE.

Outstanding staff. Clean and neat. Great food and service. Oakdale and Sierra Oaks are the best two communities in Northern Ca. Very reasonable fees.
