5 stars for a 5 star facilityMy father was at Creekview for post-surgery recovery. When we visited, he continually commented how responsive and kind the nursing staff was and how clean the facility was. Therapy wanted to work with him more than he wanted though.As a family, we were very concerned about dad's surgery, recovery and care. We were reassured and thankful that dad was so well cared for during his recovery. Admissions was very clear with information. The dietary group was responsive. Activities really understood dad's likes. I was kept informed by nursing staff when there were a few challenges.Thank you to all at Creekview for providing a positive experience at such a vulnerable time!

My mother had severe, end stage COPD. She had been living in independent living at Stoneridge Community and was moved after a few hospitalizations to CreekView Health Center and eventually to Creekview Assisted living.We found that though nothing is perfect, that the staff at both Assisted living and Skilled Nursing were kind and caring. They showed genuine personal care in my mother's complicated condition. It was not only the nurses and assistants / care givers, but the management, med techs, food service and engineering all showed concern. I am grateful for this team and the personalized care that they showed.

I was a caregiver who previously worked on the assisted living side for Creekview for a little more than 2 years and wanted to give my overall experience being an employee of Creekview. This facility is one of the more recent nursing homes facilities to be established here in the Dublin/Pleasanton/Livermore area with this facility that focuses on long-term care, rehabilitation, and memory care for its residents who reside here. There are so many great aspects about this company that Id like to point out such as the residents who live here. Not only were the residents friendly and appreciative of the work you do for them, they also genuinely cared for you and accept you as a part of their life; It definitely made my job as a caregiver that much easier. In terms of working with the other staff such as the other caregivers, medical technicians, and management, I feel that everyone worked very well together to achieve our common goal of providing the best care for the residents. The other caregivers (my co-workers) who worked on the assisted living side of the facility really stressed the finer details about the residents which the residents appreciated. The AL director is a person who I regard as an amazing mentor for her leadership abilities to ensure the entire operations is flowing seamlessly. She as well as the supervising staff are always looking to improve the company and are always open to allowing the staff to voice their concerns and feedback on a regular basis. Overall, Creekview is a beautiful facility with great staff-members, residents, and management and would highly recommend working for this company if anyone that is interested in working with this population.
