Carlton Senior Living Downtown Pleasant Hill

Hello,My name is D.LawhonI am here right now and I have to say I am discussed in the way the staff handles and talks to the PEOPLE that live here. I witnessed a young lady sitting behind you front desk verbally abusing a tenant. This poor woman was standing with no clothes on from the waist down and that awful thing had the nerve to argue with me. WRONG THING TO DO. So I stopped and said to the young lady, I hope you dont speak to my mother that way and do you know what she did, She tried to justify her reasons but in my opinion there is no reason for this sort of behavior. So I said to her what you're doing is wrong and you have to hold your composure no matter how upset you get you must hold your composure at all times being that you are sitting behind that desk representing this company you must do this I do not recommend this place I've seen things that I am not happy with if I could move my mother tonight I would please fix this

My sister in law has been there for more than a year, and I have been nothing but impressed with Carlton--from our intake, to the cleanliness and housekeeping, to the activities, the people at the front desk, and even the dining room ! I'm a nurse and pretty particular about these things, so I would highly recommend any family member of yours living there !
