My father was admitted to Memory Care a week ago and it was quite a process due to COVID limitations. Charles and Dawn were successful problem solvers as we dealt with each challenge. Dawn's knowledge and expertise paved the way for my Dad to be in the best room and location possible to serve his needs. Since visiting is still limited, we have to trust that he is being well cared for and I'm grateful to report that we have that trust which is a huge gift for not only my Dad but for his family. This choice was well worth the challenges getting him there. Thank you Charles, Dawn, Dale, and the Memory Care staff.

Staff is very good with an open door policy and try very hard to help and please the residents and their families! My sister has been there for some time now and I feel she is being cared for and they treat her and all the residents like family!

My mom has been at this community for a little under a year on the memory care side and I am extremely happy with crescendo. The caregivers are very attentive to mom and her needs, Dawn is the Wellness Director there and she is amazing always there to answer any questions you might have and extremely kind. Dale is the Executive Director (the big boss) and she is open and always willing to help. They have had a change in management in the Memory care and hired a young man named choncy hes always so polite and friendly when we come through the door and has made some great improvements in the facility . I am extremely happy with the entire team here at crescendo and we couldnt have chosen a better place for mom.

We have been very happy with Crescendo Memory Care. The administrative staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, offering useful suggestions to our family as we learn more about dementia. We have found the caregivers to be very supportive, cheerful, and professional. The entire staff is a great asset. We are thankful to have found this wonderful community for our mother.
