If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The management at Delta Hawaii takes horrible care of the facilities outside of their own offices and meeting center. There has been a feral cat problem on the premises for a few years, landscaping is fair at best, and now there have been homeless people trespassing on their property. The management team at Delta Hawaii charges $800 or more per month as rent per residence. They grossly misrepresent the community as an idyllic lifestyle and safe environment and I dont consider cat feces, human waste and trash and drug paraphernalia idyllic or safe. Makes me wonder what the $800/ month is for??

The people are nice the manager is nice but theres a guy name Mike who thinks hes the boss of everything. My grandma and I live here and Hes been nothing but rude to us. I dont recommend this place
