My wonderful friend is a resident here for long term. She reports being satisfied living there. However I am sad and offended often when I visit her. Her room smells of waste and she is always still laying there in her gown at 11 am. The last 3 visits have been interrupted by her caretaker, who seems angry and hurried. And clearly annoyed that I am visiting even though I come during visiting hours and only stay an hour. I go about once a month and often feel so sad for my friend just lying there in that dark stinky room alone with just the tv. Seems your staff would know to treat residents and their guests much better.
