Morally reprehensible. While running relief efforts for the campfire, a representative reached out and inquired for N95 respiratory masks for the elderly. The air quality was toxic at this point, and dangerously increases chances of respiratory or cardiac complications. When I came to the facility there were elderly outside, in the dense smoke, unaware of the fire. I walked a gentleman and his wife back inside after giving them masks. I dropped off a few hundred for free then another representative offered me compensation for a few hundred more if I dropped them off the next day. Im a college student, but I wanted to help so I threw it on my credit card. I dropped them off and management ghosted me and never paid for the masks as promised. This is a facility that artificially raises their ratings, you can go threw their site and see they use it as a PA system to appear as respectable. I would be terrified of my grandmother living there, and sincerely advise avoiding putting your family members in an unsafe environment. Its unfortunate, I dropped off over 2800 masks to home bound folk with respiratory conditions, and wasnt able to help more because this for profit business wanted to save a few hundred dollars at the expense of their community. Please be skeptical.

My family member has said to me so many times how compassionate and caring the staff is here at Pacifica Senior Living. Such a great place!
