So happy I found this place for my uncle. This is an assisted living home, not a nursing home. My uncle has his own room and private bathroom. Kathy ( administrator) is very aware of what is going on with each tenant. No, they dont have the glossy brochures and hype, but the atmosphere is very caring and warm. As the responsible party for my uncle, I took several months and had many tours of facilities. I especially liked the fact he has his own furniture and personal items. The latter makes him feel at home in his little unit. I did not want him to feel like he was in an institutional setting. This was a difficult decision for our family, but the staff here made it much easier. Even though my uncle cant take care of himself, he was not ready to be in a nursing home. Thank you Almond Residence care.

The caregivers and dining staff are wonderful. A very nice place, reasonable and clean. My mom moved in a couple of years ago and we have been pleased with our experience. I recommend this community.

Not a very attentive place to live . very understaffed so the residents don't get very much attention and the recreation direction is not very nice to the residents plus the director of the facility does not pay close attention to detail gosh you even have to provide your own bandades
