It's beautiful and my mother in law lives there, can't go in to visit just yet cause of this dam virus but this place is really beautiful inside and out

Sandra was very rude when I went for a tour. She never returned my call to schedule a tour. I showed up without an appointment and waited 45 minutes before she returned. The receptionist told me Sandra was not currently doing a tour. I have never done a tour that started with the financials. 2 to 15 ratio for memory care is not good. Stay away!!!!

Wonderful staff. They were with us every step of the way.The staff was professional and helpful as we went through a difficult time in family aging. Every step of the way was discussed with us.There were no surprises.Our family was very pleased with our choosing Pacifica Oceanside to provide the assisted care our parents need and deserve.

For those of you who want to consider any type of employment here for being a care associate or medical technician good luck... The ED,RSD and MCD don't communicate very well when it comes to our needs and concerns that need to be meet with either the residents or ourselves... I am only saying that because I should know. And just a heads up if you ever have work injury be careful because they don't care and process the handling correctly. I never try to bash any place that I have ever been employed at. I did leave in early March so things could have changed into perspective. Yes the community looks amazing but seriously be careful and just know you're only watching your own back.

This community is truly like a resort. Beautiful with amazing food. The architecture is truly beautiful. Walking paths with lush grounds. The staff is like family.
