I would not live anywhere else this place is the best!! Breathtaking views of the mountains. Close to Yosemite National Park. Lots of food and restaurants close by. They were also pet-friendly, which can be hard to find in an apartment. With utilities included, you can't beat the price for what you get. The amenities are nice, not to mention the helpful management staff. I spoke to Megan and he was very eager to help and answer all of my questions. Highly recommend.

Manufactured-home park about 12 miles from the entrance of Yosemite National Park. Age 55+ community in the forest above Oakhurst CA. Easy to get to and close to year-round recreational areas, including Yosemite, Bass Lake and a casino if that's your thing. Spaces offer the privacy of a forest setting in a community of seemingly friendly neighbors.I drove through here thinking what a good place this will be to downsize to when the time comes. Quiet, winding streets, deer tracks, mountain views, well-kept yards. There's a clubhouse in the works.
