My mom has lived here for five years now. After caring for her for two years in our home, we knew we needed a better situation for her. I have never seen anything but loving care displayed here! The awareness of what is most helpful and what contributes best to the well being of the residents is stellar. I fully recommend this wonderful facility.

Worked with all the wonderful staff at this community for 14 years. You cannot find a more loving, caring team of care partners They truly understand memory care and residents are allowed to be in their disease with dignity. Every resident is groomed and cared for like a family member every day.

When Gracie Castillo, the personal care manager, worked at Autumn Years, she tortured my father. She tried to make him drink bleach. She forced him to hold a glass of water while sitting in a hard wooden chair over night, without letting him lie down to sleep. He was there, at Autumn Years, for 5 days when I rescued him out, and brought him back home. He was covered in bruises, had a filthy diaper, bleach stains on the front of his shirt, and an infected knee wound. When he recovered, he said Gracie had tortured him. I was happy when Autumn years closed, but it's the same building as Autumn Years, and the same cruel Gracie.
