I got a call back from an employee at their office. I told her I needed help applying for medical and she went on to tell me that I needed to leave a better voicemail if I wanted timely help. Then told me to just fill out the proper paperwork and mail it in, which Ive already done. I needed help verifying my income as I had lost some paperwork. She went on in a patronizing way. Dont they get sensitivity training or any customer service skills training. I was amazed by how negative she was.

Cannot seem to get help in a timely fashion for some reason. Asked for help buying nutricious food for my kids. applied for just food stamps over 30 days ago and no one is giving any sort of answers. It's 'pending' for how long???
