They rescheduled a very important phone interview for medicare 3 times. This was after being told it was because we had medical bills. They have u take a number but when called over the loud speaker u can barely understand it or hear it. We have now been waiting an hour and a half .

I wouldn't even even give them a star (but I had no choice but to pick at least one so that I can post my comment) that's how horrible and disgusting and disrespectful they are to you. This is the last place on earth I would go for any service for anything. You have to wait in the lobby for hours and hours to be seen even if you were the first one in there. The workers there at the the window are terrible and very rude. They never help you instead they will turn their backs on you and close the window and then walk off and never come back to the window. Everyone that works there are horrible and disgusting people including the managers, staff members, caseworkers, security officers, and etc.
