My mother in-law pays 3600 a month to live in this place. When she gets her meals they are cold 98% of the time. She is an 84 year old woman that has diabetes. At most times her meals are late and she then suffers from low blood sugar. Theres been times the facility staff has forgotten to deliver her food to her. This is a sure sign of elder abuse. Managements excuses are they are under staffed and cant afford to hire more help. When we first took the tour of this place it looked fabulous, but after the first hand experience of seeing how my mother in-law is treated it sickens me.
