Absolutely the worse place, my mother was there two months almost, A parking lot for patients, if you dont want to see your loved ones at all and dont care about them its a perfect place, the worse part of it is they owe us money past two months we been waiting for it, the manager is no help and we are getting ready to sue them.

Voralto Village is a very clean and welcoming facility. It has patio and walk areas that are wonderful for those able to enjoy and appreciate the outdoors. The administration is willing to work with you and open to listening. The staff is friendly and caring.

Would not reccomend for respite care. Left my mom there for a 10 day stay. When I dropped her off they couldn't find any of her paperwork from her previous stay from a couple of months before. They had to scramble and call her doctor for her medications list. When I picked her up on the day and time, 7pm, as planned they obviously weren't expecting me. Her clothes were still hung up in the closet. My mom was asleep in her bed. When I woke her up I noticed she was filthy, had a diaper rash, her hair was especially oily and was using someone else's diapers. I brought a whole bunch of them and not one was used. Be sure to label EVERYTHING as they lose the things and had to go twice to pick up clothes. We deserve at least half of a refund. Pathetic. Will definitely not be bringing her back.

I'm a Stanford neuropsychiatrist and my father had been in 5 different memory care and assisted living facilities in the bay area before we found this wonderful place. This by far is the most caring and compassionate small community in the bay area. Great for caregivers working at Stanford or nearby who want to pop in and see loved ones during the workday or week. Cleanest place by far of all facilities I've seen. The price point is competitive and reasonable. Very small, so your family member is definitely not lost or just a number.

Voralto Village is an excellent facility. Working in the healthcare industry, touring many substandard facilities, and after a long exhausting search for a well deserving family friend, I happened across Voralto Village and knew immediately it was the one. I am so appreciative to Paul Woolever, Community Relations Director and Camille Christie, Administrator, for making the placement a possibility. Both are amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, available, kind and caring. The rooms are clean, spacious and nicely furnished. The grounds well maintained with patio areas for walking, visiting and relaxing. Upmost import the staff is always patient, above and beyond helpful, kind genuinely caring and communicates well any needs or concerns. Staff consistently demonstrated an eagerness and enthusiasm for care of the residents. The meals are varied, well-prepared, served hot and yes, taste excellent like home cooked meals. I know, I periodically sample for my own knowledge. An extra bonus is the frequent in-house activities, which include things like music, piano, singing, discussing events and physical activities. The residents are highly encouraged to be up, about and out of their rooms daily, not stuck in their room alone with the door closed, like several of the other facilities toured during my search. I give the highest recommendation to Voralto Village for being a truly outstanding care facility.
