I went to visit and say goodbye to my grandma on May 12th because she was not doing well and I was told she would not make it through the week. I put on all the PPE and signed in but I was told by Heather Craig that I could not see her. My grandma did not have covid-19 and she died that night. I told Heather Craig that my grandma was dying and she did not care.

we use to have lots of things going now nothing,we keep loseing the front office people,the manager seems to fine ways to have them quite,not the best place to live,grounds are sad looking,its slowly going down hill,they keep raiseing the rent.company seems to not care,as long as they get their money things are ok to them.lots of move aways.no fun here.
