Whenever I come by and visit my grandfather, he appears to be really happy! The nurses stop by every once in a while, checking in on him, to make sure hes okay. My grandfather is really comfortable here. Im so glad my family chose Palmcrest, when we were no longer able to attend his needs. I was so nervous about leaving California to go away to college because I really felt that I should stay home and help out with my grandfather. When we found Palmcrest I felt much better about leaving as I knew he would be in good hands. The nurses are super helpful and even help him facetime me, so I can really keep in touch with him while I am away at school. Thank you so much Morris and everyone else at Palmcrest!!

I had about three days starting from Wednesday, to find a caring assisted living place for my dad in Long Beach. It was Friday, and all the referrals that were given to me by my friends were horrible. Friday, late afternoon less than 5 hours before heading back to San Francisco, through my cousin's contact I was referred to PalmCrest. It has been over a month of searching for the best option, so my family was truly relieved to find PalmCrest. It is by far the cleanest most friendly facility we have been to. It really does not have that typical hospital feel, so we knew that we would all enjoy going to visit often. Everyone at Palmcrest is extremely caring, and always answer my dad when he calls them and needs help.

My mom has been at PalmCrest for a while, and has loved it throughout her entire stay. I make sure to call her every day, and she is really happy there. She always says how the nurses take care of her every day with care, and treat her really well. They stay on top of giving medication to my mom, and help her with meals at meal time. I would definitely recommend this to other people looking for a retirement home!

My uncle has always been a reader, still reads every day. He sits at the patio when the weather is nice, and other times relaxes at the living room. The nurses help him every single day get for his bed to the patio. They are always making sure he takes his meds, which in the past, he did forget to. When I come and visit him, the staff members all know me by name, and are very friendly and welcoming. Im so happy to know that my uncle is in good hands!
