I am very excited and grateful to join the team at Lincoln Meadows Care Center. I have been in the industry for close to 15 years and see that Lincoln Meadows is a great SNF for your loved one to recover at. The rehab team is top notch! They are truly able to work wonders and help individuals achieve higher levels of functioning. The nursing is excellent too. If anyone had a need for skilled nursing, I would recommend this facility.

This place does not deserve the one star that I had to use to write this review. The first hour of the first day when my mother was transported there from Kaiser. She called me. I drove over there. The place is dirty. They offered her another room, but that room was dirty also. I see the staff doing alot of talking to eacher, or on their phones, but no cleaning or taking care of the people. I DID NOT leave her there I broght her home. If you are going to be a caregiver. It starts with CARE. I didn't see that there... I ask the staff honestly would you leave your mother? No answer (I dont think so..)

As an employee at Lincoln Meadows Care Center, providing great customer service to our residents and their families is extremely important to me.
