I am one with the bed bugs. They know better then to bite me cuz ill bite them back. And roaches arent a big deal. I just let them eat off my plate and then they are cool with me. They dont bug me, i wont debug them.

At first people were kind but once you get to see how things work due to the owners rules she'd rather not pay employee's there worth instead she overworks them at times there isnt enough staff. Also there has bed bugs and roaches infestations and there still is even after spaying and why you ask because, she does'nt want ti spend money. The owner just want to collect everyones social secerity check. I would not send my dog there. Truth be told amen.

Stayed there for 6 months massive cockroach and bedbug infestation. Only send family members you hate. Lots of criminals & drug addicts reside there.

Absolutely terrible place to send your loved ones . The staff to begin with is extremely unprofessional and rude , with the exception of 1 or 2 people . There has been a bed bug problem , leakes in the roof , and air conditioners dont work properly during the summer. Patients can be heard yelling for help for minutes without assistance. A lot of call bells do not work . I dont understand why they have cameras if they dont do what theyre supposed to and help . Everything is about politics and about if they will pass CMS survey . They act proper in front of CMS but behind closed doors its a total different story . The owner is even more rude NAIRA KOSTADYA , you will not be able to get things resolved with her .please stay away from this place
