Great place to retire!My Mother is happy and content there.She`s made several good friends there too.The place has a homey / comfortable feel to it.The meals are always good and consistent.The management are friendly and happy to help out.***** Five Stars

It's a shame it was rated so low 9-12 months ago. Management was disconnected from clientele and each other, true. However, the change in Management has caused a complete turnaround and residents appear happier, more active and better cared for. My parents have been there nearly two years. Management pays attention if there's a problem; you just need to bring it to their attention.

I love the staff at The Palms at la Quinta Assisted Living. They truly care about the residents and the residents families. Many of the staff have been there since it opened. Thank you for your kind hearts.

Terrible place...DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. They dont pay attention nor care for their patients. They should be shut down. We call for hours and they wont even answer the phone. If I could give this facility less than one star I would.
