I cannot imagine a better facility than White Sands La Jolla. From the caregivers to the marketing and administrative staff to the physical environment, it is excellent in every respect. I investigated a number of different entities in my search for a place where I could feel comfortable having my beloved spouse reside. As soon as I entered White Sands I knew I had found The best place. My feelings never wavered. My husband received excellent and loving care by everyone he came in contact with. In addition, the beauty and comfort of the building and the ocean and the warmth of the staff made it pleasurable for me during my daily visits. San Diego can be proud to have such an outstanding place for anyone needing assisted living, memory care or skilled nursing.

This place treats their employees bad. 3 employees that need special accommodations for heavy lifting are being forced to work normal without any accommodations. Not to mention also a separate employee was stabbed by a resident and they decided to cover it up instead of doing anything about it. They have had a previous lawsuit by former employees for white sands not issuing breaks. Not cool at all.The facts are there, you can deny it all you want, but if it wasnt true, then it wouldn't of gotten out.
