From the moment I walked into Whitten Heights, I love it! The facility is clean, warm and welcoming. Ms. Becky Kohl is very helpful; she is easy to work with and answered my million questions. I was totally lost in the process and paperwork and 'Becky' guided every step of the way. She has been tremendously knowledgeable and has offered many a great suggestions. I have since visited many times and the staff is wonderful and caring for my mother who is in Memory Care (Alzheimer's) . I feel at ease and know they are taking great care of 'mom' and the facility is secure. I would recommend this beautiful facility highly!
