In short, the office manager was wonderful, application process easy, state of apartment was clean and updated. I dealt with Gretchen in getting my mother an apartment. At every step she was kind, courteous, informative and patient. I called multiple times with questions and she never hesitated to take the time to help me. I messed up and some paperwork had to be redone because of it. She didn't even blink or give me a hard time about it.
