As a healthcare professional, I have the opportunity to visit and serve many facilities and communities in the area. Pacifica is one of my favorite places to visit and serve as when you walk in, you are instantly welcomed by friendly faces. It is warm and inviting and you can tell the staff take pride in their community. I have attended many special events and the residents are clearly happy and thriving! If my loved one needed any of the levels of care they offer, I would sleep very well at night knowing my loved one was at their community.

Hi my name is Elizabeth..I was employed there with Pacifica for about 13 years .. previously owned by 3 other companies.. for my past 11 years working there managment was awesome..the atmosphere was awesome but until the executive director Monya Henry took over that place went down hill .. she is one mean lady who has no compassion towards her staff and residents.. she is rude and not professional at all . She down talks to her staff all the time . I was one of them . For 13 years I was an employee at this location. They dont provide the activities or lunch they promise and there always short on food . They lie about everything. They demand staff to do activities and care at the same time. Care staff and med tech do there best to provide care but managent is horrible. Please think about placing your loved ones under her care .

I am very happy with our decision to place our mom at Pacifica. Lorena was very helpful during the admissions process. The staff are pleasant and treat the patients with care and concern. Their cottages are clean and nicely furnished. I like the cottage concept because the atmosphere is more family and cozy like instead of the usual large building. I recommend Pacifica.

I started working with pacifica senior living about a month ago . And just love it so warming and the Residents r amazing and my co workers r really nice.
