This place is under new management and I advise anyone that is looking for care for a loved one or that is already living there to reconsider. My mother worked here for over a year as an activity director and everyone family, residents, along with staff. Every day was a new adventure for the residents with plenty of activities , outings, parties for families to come enjoy also, and the people care in with no sense of passion just more worried about how to get money. A week after they came in the fired the executive directors from both sites and the activity director. Wouldnt even let her get her things out of her office or say by to her residents that have been like family to her for the past year . I feel so sorry for residents like this that pay so much money and have good staff but its all about the business for this people and how they can get more money . So as I said before I know the activity director so I know exactly what happened she is my mother and she was the best activity director this business has seen even spoken from former family members so please look into it even more if you are looking for a place to put your family member because these people arent going to be your family they are going to be your landlords

Mistreatment with all the elderly patients there and the lady named 'Rosario' and Cherrl are super incompetent when dealing with the employees at the Citrus Garden. I would seriously [not] recommend anyone to work at the Citrus Garden!! Everyone there is Philippine and Mexican. Very unprofessional environment and all the staff's in the main Office do abuse all the elderly patients there. I saw it with my very own eye's!! I will report this place asap!!

These people abuse the elderly financially, took advantage of the pinch I was in needing to place my grandmother right out of the hospital, first started at $2800.00, then $3200.00, then $3800.00 for which I wrote a check for and it was cashed within days. I said it would only be for one month, grandmother couldn't afford that unexpected amount. A few days after that I received another bill (2,367.21) for 19 days for the month of October (when she was admitted). Her husband took her out after 13 days, she wasn't receiving the care we were paying for. Apparently the $3800.00 was for November, she left October 26th. If she doesn't pay up, she will be taken to collections!

Hi my name is Ben, I am a small business owner and did non emergency transportation work for Rosehill Cottage in the amount of $344, The owners Bill and Faye have not paid me since December 2011, I have been in business for ten years and have never been treated so poorly! Do yourself and loved one a favor and skip this place I am sad to say but I will not be bringing any of my customers to this facility.
