Dad is worse now than when he went there for rehab. Will take weeks to get his strength back up. They lack communication with the family and PT openly lies about progress. CNA's hurt him twice with the hoyer and PT gave him an arm gash that is still healing weeks later. 2 days after family meeting where they told us dad would be there for weeks PT discharges him. Make sure EVERYONE comes to that meeting, PT, OT, nursing, social care, nutritionalist, floor sweeper, etc. Get names and numbers of who to call and call them constantly. They will not call you.

Would not recommend it's a dirty place and I believe the elderly could be treated better elsewhere!

The facility has recently been renivatied and looks great! They gym area is top quality for rehab. My family member told me the staff was caring and attentive.
