Yes, I have a mother there she,s been there for two years and all,s she does is Cry's and I don't know what to do for her. She says she don't like it there at all.

I have called twice yesterday, no answer. I am on my third phone call today. First, got disconnected. Second I spoke to someone and was transferred only to be disconnected again. Third call, she had no idea if they had phone problems. Wait a minute, she said and I am still on hold. It's 25 min. now! This is very unprofessional and unacceptable!
