The facility and staff are exceptional! Always a genuine smile and a warm welcome! Mom has a beautifully updated apartment and patio she LOVES! Every holiday is celebrated decorations included! Thank you!

My aunt moved in last September 2016. We were told there were lots of activities, all med needs would be met, they would drive anywhere needed and the cafeteria would be available all day till 7. All of which is NOT true.Few activities, driving residents to places is extremely limited, the cafeteria is not available all day and my worst experience was with the nurse, Brittany. Meds were not being given correctly and when I inquired about it, Brittany told me my aunt wasn't right in the head and she did not have to explain anything to me. When I complained to Kim the gal in charge nothing was done. It is not a happy atmosphere. Most of the employees are miserable and grouchy. My aunt was so unhappy being surrounded by negative people. We have moved her out and she is much happier. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

ELGB is an amazing place to work. The staff are compassionate and dedicated to the job they do each day. The residents are engaged in the community and are happy to be there. I'm happy to go to work each day to laugh and have fun with the staff, residents and families
