Ive been here less than a year. I got a good feel about the place. Very well kept, clean, lots of activities. The only down fall is I was surprised to see the extra charges on my rental bill. It does cost an extra 75.00 monthly. Plus side, I am a very active senior, 4 days at the gym 3 days swimming, I def take advantage of the amenities.

They do nickel and dimed you for everything. Starting from the 3rd month rental bill, you'll see $4 admin fee, $14 EMS (?) fee, $12 trash fee, $15 gas fee, etc... which will add about $60 to the monthly rent rate. You should think they would encourage their tenants to pay the rents online, but NOOOO...they tacked on $1.50 processing fee for online payment. So whatever price they quote you, add about $100 to it to be on the safe side.
