Have had not one but two packages go missing. Both were said to be left in my apartments parcel but both times the mail carrier forgot to leave the key for said box. Have contacted them twice trying to find the item and no luck.

Ive never not received/lost my mail more than here. And when I went to see if it was at the post office the lady just wanted to get out of there and when I asked if it could possibly be under a different last name she laughed at me like bihhh is it that hard to do your job. Im sure it is here since they suck and get so many complaints.

Sent a Priority Mail package to a service member at Ft. Irwin. Followed it with the tracking number provided. Supposed to be delivered on Friday, said it was delivered on Saturday, but still not received the following week. Glad it was insured... and to think I paid extra for 2 day delivery! Again! Second time! Sent a package, tracking says it was delivered, but it was never received! Have another open case with USPS trying to locate this piece.
