Moved my 93 year old mother to Silvergate Fallbrook in April this year. The apartment is very nice, a one bedroom one bath unit that has a cute patio overlooking a green belt area; my mom loves it! I am so happy because my mom loves it there and regularly comments that she loves her apartment and that everyone is so nice; she is referring to both the other residents and the staff. She is also very complementary of the food. I can attest to the fact that the staff personnel are very friendly and professional; they keep an eye on my mom and are very accommodating to her and our needs. I couldn't be happier with this place and would recommend it to anyone.

My mom moved into Silvergate Fallbrook on January 8, 2020 after a year of discussing it with her. She finally made the decision to go and I am amazed at how happy she is in her new apartment. Every time I talk to her she tells me how glad she is that she moved there; she seems like a new person!The apartment is lovely, there and lots of things to do on site, the food is wonderful and the staff is so accommodating and helpful. This is the best decision we could have possibly made for her at age 91. I highly recommend.

I entertain at this facility! This is where I would choose a family member live. The staff is amazing. Family environment! Lots to do! I do Happy Hours, Special events and karaoke! Our theme song is We are Family. Thats how I feel when Im there, like part of their family!

My wife, diagnosed with dementia/Alzheimer, moved in the Silvergate Suites in March 2019. During her stay there, the entire staff took care of her wonderfully. As her condition worsened, the staff consistently helped her with genuine, attentive kindness, comforting her and making sure that she would be well at all times, until her passing in June 2019. Helen Gray and Mia Pacia's thoughtfulness were much appreciated by my family and myself.
