I call the front desk to get some information and the person that answered the phone was very rude. She did not provide me with any information at all. In any organization if the front staff is rude and arrogant and they let them get away with it, then this place is not the correct one to take our loved ones.

They take such good care of my mom in assisted living. People around the premises, including the dining hall, know her and others by name. Kind, kind peopleyou have no idea how grateful I am for them and their caregiving.
