I have been working as an outside Home Health Vendor with the the wonderful staff at Pacifica for several years. From the moment you walk in the door and greeted by Susie at the front desk to the caregivers and Nurses they are all welcoming and very professional. You can tell they all love their residents and work to make it a wonderful place to live. Pacifica is a place to consider as your new home.

Im very grateful to be able to work for Pacifica Escondido with such a strong and positive team. My boss Jackie, our Executive director, really goes above and beyond for all her staff and for all the residents in the community. This is a really wonderful place to bring your loved ones where you can be sure they will be well taken care of, loved and treated with respect.

I first visited Pacific Escondido last year when my daughter's Grandmother In-law was needing a place due to her dementia unfortunately she wasnt able to move there for other reasons but I was very impressed with the facility and their staff. I found everybody very helpful to the resident's needs and the place was beautiful! Later that year I revisited but as a potential employee and was even more impressed on how everybody treated everybody (employees, family and residents), so impressed I accepted a position here and have been happy ever since. A+ place!!!
