My 95 year old Mother has lived at Leucadia House for close to 3 1/2 years. She moved there with significant cognitive decline, but there were a mix of cognitive and health issues among the residents at the time. The home has a capacity of 6, each in their own room.. I and my family have been extremely happy with my Mothers care there. Staff is loving, competent and well supervised. The house is immaculate and the meals are nutritious and well planned. Cicely, the owner / administrator carefully oversees staff and is responsive to patient and family input and needs. Good help is often hard to find in this field, but Cicely is able to find and retain them. A significant number of the staff has been there since my Mom arrived. I would highly recommend Leucadia House for any family looking for a loving, nurturing and competent hone for their loved Senior member!
