I used to wotk with several people there and they are all calm and respectful to eachother. It is always warm and quiet inside so you k ow the residents are comfortable. They do have a restroom that visitors can use, a small library, bbq area and a lounge where peope can eat, socialize and watch tv. I would give five stars but there is never a person at the reception desk. This excludes the one time i did see a woman there but that was years ago. Overall nice amd peacefull.
