Having the ability to be accommodated throughout each stage of life, at Valencia Terrace's one location, is a God-send! Mom has just moved from her beautiful apartment in 'Independent Living' to her, just as beautiful apartment in, 'Assisted Living'. The move went seamlessly because of the amazing staff! Their attention to detail and extreme passion for what they do creates an atmosphere of compassion and care. For the past four years Valencia Terrace has treated my Mom and I 'above and beyond' all of our greatest expectations. What a wonderful place for Mom to call home. Thank you to Edgar, James, Nate, Debbie, the 'Front Desk Team', Dawn and the Assisted Living staff, Jennifer, Kat and Stephen for all your 'welcoming' responses to our 'many' requests! There are no words for how grateful we are to the staff and for the abundance of accommodations at Valencia Terrace!

My mother-in-Law just moved to Valencia Terrace. I am impressed with the grounds maintenance and the details of how nice her room was made ready for her arrival. The staff has met my high expectations. It reminds me of a vacation villa with nice amenities. The environment is clearly resident centered.

I moved my mom into Valencia Terrace and the staff has be extraordinarily supportive and wonderful! Everyone has a smile on their face or should I say under their masks! Karen and Stephen have been extremely helpful especially since my mom moved in to a Casitas during the Covid19! James the handy man has taken such good care of my mom and ALL her needs! Wish I could treat him to a special dinner! This is a fabulous place and absolutely so happy the staff has been here! God Bless them All!

We had to make the decision to move our mother to assisted living, We have lived in Corona for 20 years and wanted mom close to us. We explored a few options. Once mom saw the grounds with the individual homes and American flags it peaked her interest. She talked about how similar it is to her 55 and older community. As we explored the facility (on paper due to COVID) we were impressed. Every employee we came in came in contact with was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The variety of apartments and homes are unmatched to other facilities. The list of activities and amenities is well rounded to accommodate the many different interest of the residents.The staff is informative and sincere. Starting with desk clerks they have been courteous and have directed us the the right person, The Assistant Director answered question and provided reassurances to our concerns about navigating the property. The nurse has made numerous calls and spoken to us in person, The marketing person was positive, upbeat and sincere. We were informed of the many various living accommodations and pricing was transparent. Our lease agreement was personally handled by the Director who answered our many questions and took time for us.We are looking forward to many years of visiting mom and enjoying having her so close . We are emphasizing that she is just downsizing from her 55 and over community to a smaller more intimate setting with the support of the amazing staff.

This review can save you a lot of time and effort! We were searching for a safe, friendly, clean and comfortable environment, providing excellent food and lots of activities. We drove to every facility from Irvine, to Orange, to Chino Hills, to Corona, to Riverside, and out to Moreno Valley. Save your gas! Valencia Terrace is five star in every way! From ordering off a menu to the salt water heated and covered pool! But most importantly is the staff! Every single need is tended to by professional, knowledgeble and compassionate team members. My Mom wanted us to find her a place to call home and we found it!
