Just a warning to the public , there are new residents that moved into this place about 4 weeks ago that have BED BUGS in their apartment. All upper management never informed other residents there of the infestation which by law they should be Informed of a bedbug infestation . I would definitely NOT recommend this place for your loved ones it only has a nice appearance on the surface

I've referred several people to Orchard Park and they've all been highly satisfied. Vanessa is especially nice and helpful. Also, the last time I was there they were updating the inside of the building beautifully to repair the wear and tear as well as reflect modern trends.
