Please be very cautious about placing your loved ones at this facility. My mother was placed here August 1st and in under three months she has had an unexplained broken finger, two urinary tract infections and is now being treated for scabies because of an outbreak in the facility. Twice I have come into the facility and found her bed linens wet and the bed made over it. The staff communication is very poor as well. And in return for this unacceptable service our care rates went up after only two months of being there and we just got notice that there will be another increase in January. Do not be fooled by their pretty facility and fancy words. Their care is lacking and they will try to bleed you dry once they get you in the door. One star is too much but it is the least that google will let you rate.

Pretty facility, but lacks proper staffing and care. Our mom was injured so many times and they only documented two of her injuries. Mom suffered a broken hip while in the care of two caregivers, many large bruises, black eye, black/blue fingers and swollen bruised knees. No staff could tell us how she got injured. Facilities are required to document injuries and contact the family. The Courte would benefit to add cameras, motion detectors and work with management and staff on accountability. Mom moved to a new facility where she is well cared for and very happy. Sadly, we do not recommend The Courte. Nov. 2019

My friend Dale is a resident at The Courte.I always note how clean the facility is and the concern the staff has for the residents.I feel Dale is getting the best care possible, the staff are very friendly and acccommadating.Thank you for caring for Dale!

After visiting my dear friend at The Courte, I must say I was just thrilled to see her so happy. The entire staff were welcoming and provided excellent care.

My mother was assaulted by one of the residents at he Courte. The assault resulted in her death. Despite the violence of the assault, the Courte did not remove the assailant, and did not provide 24 hours supervision, which they said they would do. I understand that he assaulted someone else. To add to this disgrace, the Courte has not reimbursed us the balance of the monthly fees and costs that they collect in advance. There are many other options out there. Use them.
