My parents moved in a few years ago and really liked how nice all the areas are at Pacifica. It is like living in a fancy hotel and going to a restaurant all the time. They made lots of friends and now that my Dad passed away my Mom is surrounded by nice people. The staff really take good care of her and see feels safe living there.

We chose Pacifica because of the great reputation they had. We are very happy that we chose Pacifica. They have been great . My brother is very happy and comfortable there. His wellbeing is being taken care of. His mental, physical & medical needs are a priority there.

With no notice, transportation was canceled for all residents and has been that way for 2 weeks. Cannot find out via email or phone calls from administration as to what is going on and all seniors are made to femme for themselves to get to the doctor grocery shopping etc.

We were looking for a place for my brother and took a tour of facility. It has a lot to offer. The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. We were very impressed.
