Primrose Senior Care Home

Primrose Senior Care Home treated our father and all of our visiting family members with the upmost respect and care. I can honestly say that Mo, ChaCha, Jet, Ian, Jean and Marlene went over and beyond the call of duty to keep him well, stimulated, well fed, clean and happy. I live out of state, and when I would phone of FaceTime, I was always helped in my conversation by the staff who would do everything they could to make sure my dad was aware that it was Tina who was calling. ChaCha even took a big picture of my dad and me and put it in a frame so that when I called, she could show him the big picture and he would (hopefully) know that he was visiting with me. The meals were custom made to his taste and boy did he eat well there. His room was very personal with the things my sister made sure went with him when he first arrived. Upon passing, great care was taken that my dad should hear my words and be comforted by his daughter (because of COVID) at a distance. I'd choose Primrose again and highly recommend this home.

Mo is amazing! He has jumped through hoops for my mom who is quite challenging and he has been super great at communicating with my sister and me. My mom has had a 180 degree turn around since arriving at Primrose2 in less than 2 weeks!! The care-givers are wonderful and show her a lot of special attention and TLC which is sometimes the best medicine for someone with emotional and physical issues that are not easy to manage medically. I really cant say enough about Mo. Very grateful as I live in San Diego and its so important to have someone who communicates well and treats us all like family. We have had a few bad experiences over the last few years with other board and care homes and assisted living places. No one compares to Mo! He is by far the best!!

Cha Cha and the other wonderful caregivers at Primrose like Jethro and Ian have extended not just the length of my mother's life but the quality of it. She came to Primrose almost a year ago, in a declining mental and physical state. She is thriving! She is treated like family, and I cannot sing their praises loud enough.

We are very happy with Mo and the whole team at Primrose. Theyre friendly, caring, helpful, and responsive, and the facility is lovely as well. Its been an excellent choice all around. Highly recommended.
